After enabling the listing website, we automatically pull all media into the website, and it will be published automatically.

Overview

After clicking the Admin panel under the Website section you will be redirected to the property dashboard, allowing you to tailor specific details related to the property.

Details

Within the "Details" tab, you have the capability to edit and add information to the property. This applies not only to the address but also to all essential details required for effective advertisement on your property website.

Photo Gallery

Upon selecting "Sync Delivery Files" in the Orders Management interface, all photos will be displayed in this section. Furthermore, users will have the option to add and manage specific photos for showcasing on the listing website.

Once the photos are displayed, you will have an option for each photo to hide it or set it as the cover photo for the listing website. Additionally, you can rearrange the photos by dragging them into your preferred position.

Virtual Tour

Create a photo slideshow that you can enable as a cover on the Listing website. You have an option to pull photos from Photo Gallery or upload new photos to add to the Slideshow.

Videos

Upon selecting "Sync Delivery Files" in the Orders Management interface, all videos will be displayed in this section. Furthermore, users will have the option to add and manage specific videos for showcasing on the listing website.

Note: If the user/admin has already set up the video settings on this tab, resyncing the delivery files in the orders management interface will reset the video settings back to default.

3D Tours

Upon selecting the "Add 3D Tour" button, users gain the ability to input their virtual tour URL and modify the title.

Documents

This section provides users with the capability to upload documents for sharing with visitors. Additionally, users have the option to conceal the document from public view, ensuring it remains exclusively accessible for their personal viewing.

Settings

Theme

The property websites are fully customizable, offering a seamless way to add value to the exceptional service you already deliver. These changes will automatically apply to future websites created for that customer.

When changing the website theme, make sure the "Listing Agents" tab is filled with the agent involved. This ensures that the theme settings are automatically saved for that agent.

Domains

In this section, you will be able to see all the lists of available domains that you have purchased through us. You can assign any of these domains to the property.

Within the "Admin panel" section, a dedicated "Add custom domain" button has been provided. By clicking this button, users can effortlessly add any desired domain for a listing, which is typically $14.99 per year. While we offer a suggestion based on the listing's address, you have the flexibility to modify this recommendation.

Note: When purchasing a custom domain, double-check all details for accuracy. Once registered, it cannot be changed or refunded.

Alternatively, any domain purchased outside of tonomo can still be added as long as the DNS settings for the custom domain are set to the indicated record below.

Listings Agents

Manage your agent by adding or removing it in this section. This will also allow you to change the details of the agent, including the profile photo, team logo, full name, and more.

If the customer profile is updated or their details are changed, this section won’t update automatically. To refresh the listing agent’s details, you’ll need to remove and re-add the agent.

Widgets

Add JavaScript snippets to display on the client's listing portal.
